Mermaid Tisane

Tisanes are herbal 'teas,' which you can then make herbal infusions out of. They can be infused with cold or hot water, personally I love infusing the Mermaid Tisane with cold water. You just cover the plant material with room temp water, stick in the fridge overnight and strain the next morning and enjoy all day. I love cold infusing because of the simplicity and the cooling energetics that cold infusions give. This blend is formulated to hydrate, nourish and help keep ourselves flowing, especially vital during the upcoming summer months. The vibrant blue color comes from the Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers and for some extra magic, if you raise the pH of the Tisane aka add a splash of lemon or vinegar it will change colors from blue to purple!

Ingredients: Bamboo Leaves (Bambusoideae), Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers (Clitoria Ternatea), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon),  Lippia Alba (Lippia Alba), & Biden's Alba (Biden's Alba). 

1 oz dried blend in made in the USA recycled brown bags, 100% compostable after use. 

Instruction for use: You can make a hot or cold infusion with this blend, recommend dosage is 1 Tbsp per cup of Water.
