Italian Olive Oil
This Italian Olive Oil is a blend of three of my favorite kitchen plant allies, Rosemary, Garlic and Basil, all slow infused in an Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is the perfect addition to any apothecary for a kitchen witch. Plant infused olive oils are one of my favorite kitchen hacks for incorporating more flavor and nutrition into my cooking. The aromas really come through on this oil and is my favorite go to oil for making pesto or salad dressings.
Ingredients: Rosemary (Rosemarinus Officinalis), Garlic (Allium Sativum), and African Blue Basil (Ocimum Kilimandscharicum) Slow Infused in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
All plant ingredients naturally homegrown or ethically wildcrafted.

Instructions for use: I love to use this as a finishing oil to really enjoy the luscious flavors that come through. I love sprinkling it over fresh made pasta, a Caprese salad, or really any salad in general, on just roasted veggies to give an extra mmph.
