Italian Salt Seasoning
I was inspired to make this blend after attending a virtual workshop with Sam of Terracotta Apothecary all about Southern Italian Herbalism. It's really delicious sprinkled on top of veggies before or after there roasted. Rubbed on chicken or fish to help marinate and season or on top of pasta.
Ingredients: Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis), Sage (Salvia Officinalis), African Blue Basil (Ocimum kilimandscharicum x basilicum), Cuban Oregano (Plectranthus Amboinicus), Red Pepper (Capsicum Annuum), Himalayan Pink Salt and Coarse Salt.
All plant ingredients naturally homegrown or ethically wildcrafted.
