Za'atar Seasoning is one of my favorite herbal additions in my herbal pantry. Taste wise, it's tangy and herby. It's really delicious sprinkled on top of veggies before or after there roasted. Rubbed on chicken, fish, goat or lamb to help marinate, incorporated into your baking if you make flatbread, foccacias or sourdoughs, or sprinkled on top of any dipping yogurt or hummus as a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients: Wild Foraged Sumac Berries (Rhus Typhina), White Sesame Seeds (Sesamum Indicum), Sage (Salvia Officinalis), Greek Oregano (Origanum Vulgare), Cuban Oregano (Plectranthus Amboinicus), & Marjoram (Origanum Majorana).
